The small changes that have been made are that a boss is now encountered every five to ten levels, giving those scenes a similar prominence to Rainbow Islands, and the player takes a branching route through the levels by selecting one of two doors after every boss. Cororon ( コロロン, Kororon) has the fastest bubble blowing and can shoot her bubbles in an inverted-"T" pattern (forwards, backwards, and up) when powered up.Īlthough a sequel to Bubble Bobble, the game inaugurates few changes to the gameplay formula of that title. She can shoot her bubbles in a "T" pattern (forwards, backwards, and down) when powered up.

Īccording to the intro, the four characters (as humans) inadvertently unleash Hyper Drunk, the final boss, while reading books. However, they are stated to be the children of the Bub and Bob of the first game. For this adventure, Bubblun and Bobblun, the familiar green and blue bubble dragons, are joined by girls Kululun (an orange dragon) and Cororon (a purple dragon). If your looking for something to keep the kids busy, something to play to keep you busy then from a gamer who remembers the classic game days.

You will find something in there for sure that will keep you playing one or the other or heck even them all. The games might not be all that hard compared to todays games but will require some skill to play. There is just so many games on this cd it will keep you busy for a good while. If your on a small game budget can not afford a ps3 or a xbox360 or even a nintendo wii but have a ps2 this game is worth picking up. That is not always a bad thing thoe, the graphics for these games are still decent and look good on most current tvs.Another great thing about this is paying one cost for alot of games packed on to one cd. These games might not have all the eye candy and such that most newer ps2 games have. It also shows the newer players out there of what games was like in the past.

This collection of some old but fun games, offers the player a trip to the past when these games was king. Taito Legends for the ps2 is truly a great collection of some verry fun games that can be played on your ps2.
